Yvette Garcia Obituary

In Loving Memory of our Sister, Yvette Garcia.

Our sister is now an angel, resting peacefully with the Lord. She was so much to so many—a devoted mother, a cherished daughter, a loving sister, niece, aunt, granddaughter, and a dear friend. She was a truly special soul whose love and light touched countless lives.

She is survived by her two beautiful children, Logan and Rianne. Her memory will continue to live on every single day through them, and through the love we all carry in our hearts.

In her early years, she worked in the medical field in the Bay Area. She had a deep love for life and especially for the ocean. You could often find her walking along, beachside in Pacifica, combing the sand for seashells. She spent many cherished hours on the beach with our mom and dad, and many of us siblings visited her in her home there throughout the years.

One of the beautiful things about her was her deep compassion for animals. She loved her many pets over the years and was known for caring for strays, taking in cats, dogs, and even birds that others would overlook. Her heart was big, and she had an instinct to nurture and protect.

Eventually, Yvette became homesick and decided to relocate to Corcoran, California, to be closer to our mother. There, she continued to raise her children surrounded by family. Her loving companion, Louie, was always by her side, caring for her and helping raise the kids.

Most recently, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of our mother. And though we all tried to be strong, we could feel that something in our sister dimmed. Her spirit was tired, and she longed for rest. As her body weakened, we surrounded her with love. Our brother Jason and her Son Logan, held her hand as she took her final breath.

She was loved deeply by many and brought people together, especially during her favorite celebration—her birthday—which became a treasured family tradition at Grandma’s house.

Now, she is reunited in heaven with our grandma, and our beloved mother. Though we grieve, we hold on to the blessed promise that this is not the end.

Yvette is survived by Father Sid Palmerin. son, Logan and daughter, Rhiann.
Brothers- Matthew Ayala (Lisa) Fabian Ayala (Lajuan) Jason Ayala (Vanessa) and Sister Genevieve Doane (Dennis) loving companion Louie. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Yvette is preceded in death by her Mother, Pauline; grandparents, Simon & Dora Puente; and uncle, Pete Reyes.

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms… I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”
— John 14:1–3

We know that one day we will see her again. Until then, we carry her in our hearts—forever loved, forever missed—awaiting the day we are reunited in the presence of the Lord
