Michael Lee Wheeler

It is with profound sadness that I share the passing of my beloved father, Michael Wheeler, who left us on July 16, 2024, at the age of 50.

He was a man of immense humor and wisdom, cherishing every moment spent with friends and family. Born on January 18, 1974, and raised in Hanford, Ca. Attended McClane High School and quickly went on to serve in the U.S. Army from 1993-1996. Michael's hobbies and passions included making weapons out of scraps in his free time and getting lost in the heat of battle with his favorite heroclix teams.

He is survived by his father Michael and four children Mekayla, Phoenix, Sky and Jasmine and three stepchildren Kristy, Brittney and Tracy. He was additionally blessed with seven grandchildren Adrian, Keiara, Zaylin, Lyra, Orion, Marious, and Iyana with two more on the way. Michael loved all of his children and grandchildren very much and his loss will be felt deeply by them all.

Services for Michael with be held August 12th at Whitehurst McNamara in Hanford. The viewing will begin at 9:00 am and the service at 12:00 pm. A graveside service with military honors will follow at the Hanford Cemetery.
