Margie Vargas

Margie Vargas passed away peacefully on June 3, 2024, at her home in Kettleman City, CA at the age of 76. Margie was born in Hanford, CA on March 15, 1948 to James and Frances Resendez. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Frances Resendez, husband Tony Vargas, and son Ray Vargas. Margie leaves behind four children, Julie Henson, Tony Vargas, Cecilia Araj, and Paul Vargas along with 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Margie was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother. She dedicated her life to her family and was like a second mother to many who knew her.

Margie touched so many lives with her smile and genuine kindness, leaving a positive impact on so many people she came in contact with. She leaves behind so many special memories and will be missed by all who knew her.
