Mabelina Coelho Obituary
Mabelina Rosa Coelho, 64 years old resided in Hanford California. She passed away on November 22nd, 2019. She was born on August 19th, 1955 in Vila nova, Terceira-Azores. She leaves behind her husband Eduino S Coelho in Hanford; daughter Luzia Vaz married to Joao Vaz of Hanford; daughter Elisabete Coelho of Hanford; daughter Lidia Avila married to Emanuel Avila of Manteca; and son Jorge Coelho of Visalia. She leaves five grandchildren to honor her memory; John Vaz, Savannah Avila, Gabrielle Coelho, Evan Avila and Lucas Coelho. She also leaves her sister Maria Nunes Silva of Rhode Island.
Mabelina was preceded on her death by her parents; Luzia de Jesus Nunes e Francisco Garcia da Rosa; and her brothers Francisco Nunes Garcia (born on 1953) and Francisco Nunes Garcia (born 1956) – both deceased at 6 months old.
Mabelina loved coloring Mandala books and doing word searches. She loved collecting small things, barbies, cars and was very careful with them. She was always willing to help her children and grandchildren with anything she could. She was very proud of being able to teach her grandchildren speak Portuguese and loved to hear them speak it back to her. She took her time teaching them songs in Portuguese and having them sing along. Mabelina was loving and caring person and will be dearly missed forever. She will live in our hearts and always be remembered.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 4-8pm at Whitehurst McNamara Funeral Home, 100 W. Bush St., Hanford, CA. Rosary will take place Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 11:30am at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 1001 N. Douty St., Hanford, CA. Mass will follow the Rosary at 12:00pm also at the church. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Hanford, CA.
There will be a reception following the burial at St. Anthony Hall, 702 E. Florinda St. Hanford, CA.
Mabelina Rosa Coelho, 64 anos, residia em Hanford, Califórnia. Ela faleceu em 22 de november de 2019. Nasceu em 19 de agosto de 1955 em Vila nova, Terceira-Açores. Ela deixa para trás o marido Eduino S. Coelho em Hanford, filha Luzia Vaz, casada com João Vaz, de Hanford, filha Elisabete Coelho. de Hanford, filha Lidia Avila casada com Emanuel Avila de Manteca; e filho Jorge Coelho, de Visalia. Mabelina foi precedida por sua morte por seus pais, Luzia de Jesus Nunes e Francisco Garcia da Rosa, e seus irmãos Francisco Nunes Garcia (nascido em 1953) e Francisco Nunes Garcia (nascido em 1956), ambos falecidos aos 6 meses de idade. Mabelina adorava colorir livros de Mandala e fazer pesquisas de palavras. Ela adorava colecionar pequenas coisas, barbies, carros e era muito cuidadosa com eles. Ela estava sempre disposta a ajudar seus filhos e netos com tudo o que pudesse. Ela estava muito orgulhosa de poder ensinar seus netos a falar português e adorava ouvi-los falar de volta para ela. Ela levou um tempo ensinando-lhes músicas em portugués e fazendo-as cantar junto. Mabelina era uma pessoa amorosa e carinhosa e fará muita falta para sempre. Ela viverá em nossos corações e sempre será lembrada.
