Juan Donez, Jr

Juan Donez Jr. was born September 27th 1969, to Minerba Martinez in Hanford CA. Juan entered into eternal rest on July 14th, 2024, at the age of 54 in Hanford CA with a few family members by his side. Juan attended Lemoore Elementary School and played little league and Babe Ruth Basketball. He graduated from Lemoore High School in 1988, shortly after he started working at the Imperial Dynasty where he spent most of his time. Juan was known to many as Johnny but to his family he was known as Seymour. He enjoyed spending time with his family attending BBQ’s, birthday parties and loved the Holidays.  (You name it, he loved it) Juan really enjoyed spending quality time with his mama, which was mother and son time at the Tachi Cascino playing the machines. Seymour didn’t have any children of his own. All his nephews and nieces were his babies. There was one in particular who was special and who he adored. They had a special bond, they did everything together, they enjoyed drinking coffee, eating and taking pictures of each other, this was his baby Orlando. Juan participated in all his nephew and nieces’ fundraisers, he was always there ready to go and happy to support them. Seymour was a diehard Raiders fan. He also loved watching wrestling every chance he got. From his sister Norma “My big brother, you will be missed very much and when we meet again, I’ll let you play my Yahtzee game.” Norma says this because she borrowed his game and never returned it.  RIP brother, Love your sis Norma and Gaitan family. Juan is survived by his mama Minerba Martinez, his sister Susie and her husband Victor Barrera Jr. brother Andy and his wife Rita Hernandez. And his sisters Norma Hernandez, Angela and her husband Joe Lopez. He leaves numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Juan was preceded in death by his brother Pete Hernandez III grandparents Andres Martinez, Emma and Paul Salazar, Aunt Georgia Medina and stepdad Pete Hernandez Jr.
