Elvira V. Lopez

Elvira V. Lopez gained her angel wings on December 29th in the comfort of her home in Hanford, CA.  Elvira was 99 years old.  She was just 5 months away from her golden 100th birthday.

Elvira was born on May 17, 1924, and came to the United States with her husband Pedro in 1970.  Elvira was predeceased by her husband Pedro Lopez in 2007 and daughter Paz.  Mrs. Lopez is survived by her remaining 10 kids: Celia, Carlos, Graciela, Alfredo, Maria-Engracia, Lupe, Pepe, Socorro, Pedro, and Martha. She had 42 grandkids and many great-grandkids.

Funeral Services will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Thursday, January 4, 2024.  Viewing will be at 9:00am, Rosary at 10:00am and Mass at 10:30am.  After Mass her body will be laid to rest at the Calvary Cemetery in Hanford.
