Dolores Elizabeth Ochoa

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear mother, Dolores Elizabeth Ochoa. Our beloved mother departed from the world on January 23, 2025, in Visalia, California.

Dolores was born in Hanford, California on November 19, 1944, to Isabel Martinez (Mama) and Eulalio Martinez.

Dolores was a devoted mother to Phillip Ochoa, Deanna Ochoa, Ernest Ochoa, Danene Ochoa-Stephens, Christopher Ochoa and all their spouses. Dolores was also a loving grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to many. She is also survived by siblings Elsie (Licha) Smudio, Tommy Martinez and Louie Martinez.

All of her family will never forget the love she brought to their lives. Dolores was a friend to many. She offered wisdom and support; she touched the lives of all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held to remember how truly remarkable she was.  A Rosary will be held on February 13, 2025, at 10:00am with Mass to follow at 10:30am at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 1001 N. Douty St, Hanford, CA.  Burial immediately following at Calvary Cemetery, 11680 S 10th Ave, Hanford CA. There will be a Celebration of Life Luncheon at St. Brigid Youth Center, 319 N. Harris St, Hanford, CA from 1pm-3pm.
