It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our dear mother Charlotte Drucille Boespflug. She departed this world to enter eternal rest on January 21, 2025.
Charlotte was born April 21, 1937, in Mott, ND to the late Otto and Anna Svihovec. She was a 1955 graduate of Mott High School in Mott, ND. She married Curtis Boespflug on October 1st that same year and settled in Dickenson, ND. In 1966 Charlotte and her husband Curtis left North Dakota to go West. They raised their children in California and were married for almost 60 years when Curtis passed away in 2005 with complications relating to Diabetes. Charlotte was a Pharmacy Technician during most of her working career. She retired in 2014. After retirement she stayed busy taking on a part-time job at Marshalls where she continued to work until 2021.
Charlotte is survived by three sisters, Celeste (Bruce) Beard of Colorado, Estelle Gosney of Yakima Washington and Erleen (Larry) Whitney of Portland, Oregon. She is also survived by her four children, Ricarda (Scott) Martin of Montana, Lane (Gina) Boespflug of Hanford, California, Todd (Monica) Boespflug of Lebanon, Indiana and Daneen (Gerald) Enders of Attica, Ohio. She leaves behind seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and grandsons, Jordan Enders and Nathan Boespflug. Her funeral will begin at 9:30 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2025, at Whitehurst McNamara Funeral Home, 100 W. Bush St. Hanford, CA. Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery in Hanford.
