Catherine Ann Grijalva

Catherine Ann Grijalva passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. She was preceeded in death by her parents, Ronald and Doris Eidson, and her beloved brother, Jeff Eidson.

She is survived by her husband, Phillip Grijalva Sr., her three children, and ten grandchildren. Catherine was born on September 9, 1967, in Visalia, CA.

A proud graduate of Orosi High School, Class of 1985, she pursued her passion for beauty and elegance by attending Cosmetology School. Her career as a beautician allowed her to touch the lives of many, bringing joy and confidence to those she served. In her later years, she found profound happiness in her marriage to Phillip Grijalva Sr. Together, they built a life in Armona, where Cathy’s heart truly found its home.

She dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. Her love for her family was boundless, and she took immense pride in being a Grijalva. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Whitehurst Mc Namara Funeral Home, 100 W. Bush St., Hanford, CA 93230. For those who wish to honor her memory with a floral tribute, please address it to Whitehurst Mc Namara in Catherine’s name.
